The Amateur Order of Merit (AOM) is a way for Golfers to establish a position on an Order of Merit ranking. You submit your scores from club and other qualifying competitions and these scores count towards your ranking.
The AOM ran as a competition for three consecutive years following a successful launch in 2001. The top 5 Players from each Handicap Division on the AOM leaderboards were taken to Portugal to compete in a 2-day golf tournament.
